On behalf of the Utrecht Convention Bureau and Utrecht Marketing, it is with great pleasure to present Utrecht as a candidate for the World Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery conference in 2031.

We would be very honored to welcome your participants to the beautiful city of Utrecht.

Conveniently located in the heart of the Netherlands, Utrecht serves as an excellent location to host meetings with delegates from all over the world. There is a direct train connection from Schiphol International Airport to take participants in 30 minutes to our state of the art Utrecht Central Station, situated within walking distance of the medieval city center and its enchanting wharves and canals.

Praised for its authenticity and charm, Utrecht is ranked among the rising stars of European congress and tourist destinations. What is more, the city offers excellent congress facilities. We also offer ample hotel accommodation in various categories and good value for money.

The Utrecht Convention Bureau will be more than happy to support you in many ways and to bring you into contact with our partners in the city and region.

We truly hope to have the pleasure and privilege of welcoming you, and all participants to Utrecht!

Yours sincerely,

Monique André de la Porte
